In the actual project management process we use a software programme specifically developed for translation companies. Using this programme we are able to track the order from the offer through the translation and proofreading phase until the final detailed financial settlement.

Divergent terminology is inevitable if there is more than one translator assigned to a project or different projects of the same customer. In order to ensure consistent terminology our company translates every order received in digital format using the memoQ 4.0 translation software.

Despite that the software is capable of segmenting the text and recognizing these already translated segments later on, the translation is still done by the human translator contrary to general belief. We unify the different databases that belong to a client and use them later on for projects of the same client in order ensure a consistent terminology. Using this software does not create any additional costs or obligations of any kind to our customers. The database that has been created can be exported and handed over to our client for an additional charge.
